Ciudad de México.- El pasado martes arribó al Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (AICM) el décimo octavo vuelo del puente aéreo México-China que repatrió a 54 mexicanos que se encontraban varados en aquel país, así como insumos médicos.
La Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores informó que el apoyo, solicitado al gobierno federal por los connacionales, fue posible gracias a la buena disposición de las autoridades de la República Popular China.
“A lo largo del proceso contaron con el acompañamiento de la embajada de México en China, así como de los consulados generales en Shanghái y Guangzhou”. Expuso que a su arribo, personal de sanidad internacional llevó a cabo el protocolo sanitario correspondiente.
Por otra parte, detalló que el cargamento, adquirido por el Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE), se compone de 65 ventiladores, cuatro mil 500 caretas protectoras, siete mil 200 trajes de protección y protección de calzado, cinco mil 40 goggles y 19 mil 200 mascarillas quirúrgicas.
“Los insumos médicos transportados cuentan con las certificaciones sanitarias internacionales y cumplen la normatividad nacional establecida por la secretaría de Salud y la Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris)”, indicó la dependencia. Señaló que el equipo médico será custodiado y distribuido con el apoyo de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena). “El gobierno de México trabaja de manera coordinada en una estrategia integral para el combate a la pandemia de Covid-19”.
