Dijo que seguirán luchando para que el ejecutivo estatal regularice muchas de las unidades que vienen del extranjero pues recordó que desde el gobierno de Toledo Corro se acordó cambiar las camionetas de doble rodado por camiones, sin embargo, el documento donde se pueden acreditar esta autorización se ha extraviado a muchos de los concesionarios, lo cual causa múltiples molestias a los choferes a quienes en muchos casos, se les extorsiona o se les pretende sancionar por cualquier motivo.
Detalló que además hay otros avances muy interesantes que buscarán promover la mejora de la actividad, como un fideicomiso interno para cubrir los posibles accidentes que lleguen a registrarse.
