Los Mochis, Sin.- La fragilidad económica en la que se encuentran los diversos sectores productivos en México es propiciada en gran parte por las políticas públicas que aplica el Gobierno Federal y que no abonan en nada al desarrollo de las actividades tal es el caso del sector agrícola que no avanza y por el contrario tal parece que las autoridades le apuestan al retroceso en la soberanía alimentaria manifestó el catedrático de la UNAM Arturo Huerta González.
El también investigador del Conacyt presentó el libro ¿Cómo Encarar la Fragilidad Económica? Ante productores de Sinaloa, quienes enfrentan un panorama bastante complicado por la falta de una política económica acorde a sus necesidades y dando mayor importancia al sector financiero.
“Hay problemas en el campo donde hemos perdido la soberanía alimentaria, esto va así y luego el sector financiero y con las tasas de interés más altas y con productos importados y que vamos en contra de la autosuficiencia alimentaria, el país importa más de 50 por ciento de los productos y esto no permite tener un mayor crecimiento económico”, resaltó.
En el marco de la presentación del libro que fue organizado por Campesinos Unidos de Sinaloa, el escritor e investigador señaló que no se trata de este gobierno, ya que en años anteriores también se tenía en el olvido al sector agrícola, pero hoy en día con la desaparición de Financiera Nacional de Desarrollo el panorama se complica por las altas tasas de interés que existen a la fecha.
El escritor Arturo Huerta destacó que la clave es que el Gobierno Federal tenga el control de la moneda y que ofrezca mayores beneficios a los sectores primarios como la agricultura.
